Welcome to Aria’s Blossom. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website, social media, or directly via phone/email.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full before order processing. All orders require a 50% deposit. We accept Card payments, Zelle, Cash app and Apple Pay.
All orders require at least 2-3 days notice.
Please plan ahead for special events and holidays.
Prices are subject to change during seasonal holidays.
For larger orders, over 200 stems please allow a 4 day notice period.

2. Delivery & Pickup
We offer local delivery within Atlanta and its surrounding cities. Pick up is also available from 3340 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, Ga 30044
Orders must be picked up the same day of your pickup date or it will be canceled with no refund.
Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery location, we will attempt to contact the recipient. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.
I am aware this website is only for Atlanta, Ga (and surrounding cities) pick up or local delivery.
3. Manage Delivery & Pickup Expectations
Pickup and Delivery is available between the hours of 8am-10pm.
Exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances.
Please feel free to contact us if anything changes with delivery or pickup.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final unless the bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the order for a replacement or store credit.
5. Substitutions
Flowers and materials are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar variety of equal or greater value.
We strive to match the requested colors and styles as closely as possible.
6. Rush Orders
A rush order is any order that needs to be completed within 36 hours/days (e.g., same-day or next-day service). Orders placed after 12PM & for next-day/same day delivery are considered rush orders. Due to urgency, a fee charge of $50$-$100 will be added (depending on the complexity of your order). Rush orders may have limited flower availability due to sourcing time constraints and substitutions may occur. The fastest way to place a rush order is to DM us on Instagram @ariasblossom_
All rush orders must be paid in full at the time of order. No refunds or cancellations once confirmed. No holds or pending payments. Rush orders are subject to availability.
7. Event & Wedding Orders
Event and wedding bookings require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable after 5 days.
Final payment is due 2 days before the event date.
Any changes to orders must be made no later than 3 days before the event.
8. Liability Allergies
We are not responsible for allergic reactions to flowers, pollen, or fragrances.
Once a bouquet has been delivered or picked up, we are not liable for damage due to improper handling, storage, or external factors.
9. Customer Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on our website and social media are the property of Aria's Blossom and may not be used without permission.
11. Changes to Terms Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
