At Aria’s Blossom, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we have the following refund policy in place:
1. Refund Eligibility
Once your order is Paid, the order WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
You must pick up your order the same day of your pickup date. We cannot hold your bouquet. No extra days will be given due to the natural freshness of flowers. Please contact us for delayed arrivals. If not picked up we will cancel your order with no refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
Orders that were delivered successfully but are no longer fresh due to improper handling or lack of care.
Requests made after delivery.
Custom or event orders (e.g., weddings, room decor or large event arrangements) unless there was a mistake on our part.
Rush orders (same-day or next-day) unless damaged or incorrect.
Customer change of mind after the order is fulfilled.
2. Substitutions & Variations
Flowers are seasonal, and some substitutions may be made if certain blooms are unavailable. We strive to match the requested design and color scheme, but slight variations may occur. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds unless they significantly deviate from the agreed-upon arrangement.
